The EBS Design Research team leverages quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method research and design thinking to understand and transform the experiences of our 2 million
associates in close collaboration with leaders from Design, Product, Business and Technology.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with senior leadership from cross-functional teams on complex problem spaces.
Develop and share research plans that integrate business strategy and technical requirements, and incorporate metrics to understand impact.
Lead and independently execute strategic research and cross-functional workshops.
Present research findings in a compelling and engaging manner with creative storytelling and expertly-crafted presentations to ensure that teams create robust, insight-driven solutions.
Support research team growth by taking an active role in coaching other researchers, and influencing key capabilities such as rapid research programs and our research insight library.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree and 7
years of design research experience OR Master's or PhD Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Design Research, Psychology, or Cultural Anthropology and 2-3 years of design research experience Experience leading and executing strategic and evaluative research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Experience planning and facilitating workshops, integrating design thinking into the research and design process.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills to represent Research with diverse stakeholder groups and advocate for user-centered design.
Research portfolio with case studies demonstrating experience.

Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.

5 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
